How do I identify a bad tire? ✅ Solved

tires
wear
steering-wheel

I seam to have wheel wear (inner and outer wear). I don't know how to identify the age of my tire. I have a shimmy in my steering wheel when I drive approximately 60km/h. My air pressure is at the appropriate amount (28psi I believe). Additionally, my car also pulls to the right when driving.

How can I tell whether it is the tire or my wheel alignment?

✅ Solution:

It turned out my winter tires were 10 years so I got new tires and it corrected the issue!

With a separated belt there is usually visible cracking, or bulges or both, either in the tread or sidewalls and the wear will be uneven. If the alignment is out the wear should be continuous and even.
