How To Replace Audi A6 Front Grille '06-11 | DIY facelift
MUST HAVE UPGRADE FOR YOUR AUDI A6!
Hello, in todays episode we are replacing the ugly factory A6 grill with a replica S6 style grill that was pretty cheap in comparison to the real one.
Due to this, I ran into a few issues that needed to be resolved:
1. This grill was NOT a direct fit. I had to cut and modify the bumper for a correct fitment.
2. The hardware provided is very very cheap. The clips that mount the emblem on looked awful so I went without. Careful not to strip the screws!
3. Suggest that you paint the bumper support as well as it is silver and will show through this grill and be very ugly.
After fixing all of those issues, I would say the install went very well and still looks 100x better.
